Oyate Health Center (OHC) is a tribally owned and operated walk-in primary care clinic located in Rapid City, South Dakota. We are proudly managed by Great Plains Tribal Health on behalf of the Oglala Sioux Tribe, Cheyenne River Sioux Tribe, and Rosebud Sioux Tribe—because our relatives deserve healthcare that reflects our values, our strengths, and our sovereignty.
OHC exists because tribal nations and community members pushed for something better: high-quality healthcare that is culturally respectful and accountable to the people it serves.
